This one-on-one Breathwork session is a trauma-informed, personalized experience designed to guide you into your body, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the wholeness that already lives within you.

Through the conscious connected breath, you will access deeper layers of your nervous system and subconscious, creating space for healing, clarity, and expansion.

Your session is a guided, trauma-informed journey.

  • Arrival & intention — brief check-in to ground.

  • Breathwork practice — about 50–60 minutes of conscious connected breathing, with my guidance in rhythm, technique, and support.

  • Integration — space to land, reflect, and embody what arose.

intuitive touching

In an in-person session, there is the possibility of including intuitive touch — always with your full consent and in deep respect for your boundaries.

This is not about technique alone, but about presence. A conscious, intentional touch can become a doorway into profound release. When the body feels supported, safe, and seen, it often allows what has been silently held to finally surface.

One of my most transformative experiences in Breathwork came when I first received unexpected, conscious touch during a session. The moment my body felt that support, an emotional release emerged from my chest — a tension I didn’t even know I had been carrying. That moment showed me the sacred potential of touch as part of healing.

This is why I chose a Breathwork lineage where intuitive touch is honored as part of the practice — never imposed, always invited. A hand on the shoulder, a gentle presence at the back, a subtle guide in the rhythm of the breath: these simple gestures, when offered with reverence, can open pathways for deep emotional and somatic release.

To me, intuitive touch is not an addition — it is a way of honoring the sacred intelligence of the body. A reminder that healing does not happen in isolation, but in relationship, in the profound field of safety, presence, and love.
