Couples Breathwork Journey (Trauma-Informed)

Holding space to release, reconnect and remember who you are

What is a Couples Breathwork Session?

Breathwork for couples is more than a practice — it’s a shared journey.
When two people breathe together with presence, the breath becomes a bridge:
between you and your own body, and between you and your partner.

Many couples find themselves caught in patterns of stress, disconnection, or unspoken emotions. Over time, this can create distance, even when love is still present.

This trauma-informed practice offers a way to pause, to release what no longer serves, and to remember why you chose to walk together. Through the breath, you reconnect with your essence and strengthen the bond you share.

Use your breath. Transform your relationship.

Breathwork is more than a technique — it’s a remembering.
Each breath is a doorway back to your power, your truth, and your capacity to live and love with presence.

What you’ll receive:

  • A 2-hour session guided with presence and reverence.

  • A sacred space to explore and reconnect — both individually and together.

  • The possibility of emotional and somatic release through conscious breathing.

  • Available online or in-person in Los Angeles.

What you’ll experience

  • Release: emotional tension and unspoken patterns.

  • Reconnect: with your own truth and with your partner’s presence.

  • Deepen: intimacy, trust and mutual understanding.

  • Remember: that beyond roles and stories, you are whole beings walking together.

intuitive touching

In an in-person session, intuitive touch may be included — always with your full consent and in deep respect for your boundaries.

Touch can be offered in areas such as the chest, abdomen, shoulders, head, neck, feet, legs, or back. Each gesture is subtle and intentional, designed to support release and safety.

When the body feels supported and seen, it often allows what has been silently held to surface. A simple hand on the shoulder or gentle touch on the back can open pathways for profound emotional and somatic release.

 FAQs

  • Not at all. Your breath will guide you, and I will hold space throughout the session.

  • It depends on your intention. Some people benefit from a single session, while others choose to integrate a weekly or monthly rhythm. We can explore together what best supports your journey.

  • That’s natural — resistance is often part of the process. I’ll be there to support you, and you’re always in full control of your breath and your experience.

  • Sessions can be held in my private space in Los Angeles, or —if you prefer— I can bring the practice to your home. Each option is designed to ensure comfort, safety and presence.

  • Breathwork is generally safe for most people. However, there are certain conditions —such as pregnancy, cardiac issues, epilepsy, or glaucoma— where adaptations may be required. If any of these apply to you, please let me know in advance so we can explore safe modifications and ensure the practice supports your wellbeing.
